What is Meditation?
Meditation is the journey of Self discovery, where we gain insight into our spiritual nature and it takes us into an inner place where all the magic happens: we find inner peace, inner strength, become intuitive, more compassionate, more grounded.
Who benefits from the class?
Great for those who are new to meditation or would like to learn new / different techniques to help getting into a meditative state or for those who are ready to begin their Self discovery and / or you want to try meditation as part of their mental well being practices.
In the past 4 years I have been following a daily meditation practice that became the cornerstone of my mental wellbeing. It helped me through the times when I developed severe anxiety and it also became the powerhouse of my deep desire to get to know myself without my ego or identity I was, and to a certain degree still am attached to. I find meditation empowering as it is helping me to become the person I want to be by taking control and shaping my own path.
I got curious about various meditation techniques and ancient wisdom traditions and wanted to know more about them so I completed trainings to learn the Silva Method, the method that kickstarted the founder of Mindvalley, Vishen Lakhiani's amazing journey; I took a course on Present Control that is based on Echart Tolle's teachings; enrolled into an Atma Kriya Meditation Teacher Training with Yogi Ashokananda and entirely enjoyed a course with Raja Choudhury, an amazing tantric teacher who initiated us into some esoteric meditation techniques.
