Live with a chronic condition where the body tightens as a symptom — massage can help the body feel more comfortable and less restricted

Carry a hectic, high-pressure life that settles into the body as physical tension, tight muscles, and headaches

WHAT THIS IS NOT

Not spa-style treatment, and not clinical or rehabilitation-based sessions. It is focused, hands-on massage carried out with time, depth, and attention.

The aim is to reduce tightness and tension in the body — and to help you feel more comfortable, move better, and stay on top of your health.

Some areas release faster. Others take more time and consistent work. Pressure, pace, and focus are adjusted as the session unfolds. Nothing is forced.

Tailored on the day.

Choose the area you want to focus on — upper body, lower body, feet, head and face or general tension. At the start of your session, we talk through what's going on. I tailor the work from there.

Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes.

Pregnancy Massage, Lava Shell and Chair Massage are also available.

I check availability and get back to you personally to confirm a time — or suggest alternatives if needed.

Once a time is agreed, payment details are provided. Your session is confirmed when payment is received.
