ABOUT
Twenty years of consistent, hands-on work.
Based in Cheam, working with clients from Sutton and the surrounding areas
Over the last twenty years, I have worked with many different clients — from people who train regularly to those whose bodies feel the effects of desk work, driving, stress, or patterns that have built up over a long time.
The focus has always been the same: to reduce pain, tightness, and tension in the body, and to help people feel more comfortable, move better, and be happier in their bodies.
I am qualified to Level 5 in Sports and Remedial Massage, with deep-tissue work as the main focus of my practice.

APPROACH
The body cannot be rushed into releasing tension.
Soft tissue responds better when the work is slow. The muscles don’t contract, the client doesn’t resist, and I can work just as deep without it feeling forced or invasive.
The work is consistent and methodical. The depth, pace, and focus are led by what the body feels like on the day. Some areas require more time. Others less. The aim is not to get through the body, but to work with it properly.
Massage works best as part of a consistent approach to the body — alongside movement, nutrition, and rest. The role of each session is to reduce accumulated strain, support how the body feels and moves, and maintain that over time.
WHAT CLIENTS NOTICE OVER TIME
They become more aware of where they hold tension
Movement feels easier in areas that used to feel restricted
Recurring tightness does not build up as quickly between sessions
They feel more comfortable and at ease in their body
They understand more clearly what their body needs
NOT FOR EVERYONE
My work is not designed for injury diagnosis or clinical assessment. It is not spa-style relaxation, nor is it fast or high-pressure work.
It is careful, unhurried bodywork — carried out with the same level of attention every time.
A CLIENT’S EXPERIENCE
“I had been dealing with ongoing back pain for months and had tried several therapists, but nothing resolved it.
Over a series of sessions, the tension was worked through gradually and the pain improved step by step until it was gone. It wasn’t a quick fix — but it worked properly.”
