Eva is a professional and skilful massage therapist with an in-depth knowledge of the treatments she offers. My personal favourite Thai massage (floor) getting those sinews and muscles nicely stretched and opened and the body realigned after a tough weeks work or a hard mornings training. Eva is intuitive, attentive and ensures your are comfortable throughout the session. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Private Practice - FAQs

PRACTICE ADDRESS

The treatment room is located in our home, which is 5 min walk from Cheam train station and/or 15-20 walk from Sutton train station. Please find the post code below and I will confirm the full address after the booking.

Cheam

SM2 6EJ

There is parking space in our driveway that you are welcome to use if you arrive by car.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS / ALLERGIES

If you have any medical conditions and/or allergies please let me know prior to your appointment. We have a cat, we store nuts in the house and I also have various essential oils in the treatment room.

TREATMENT TIME

Your treatment time is the total time you spend with me and includes all interactions from your arrival time till you leave i.e, discussion regarding your treatment, getting changed, hands-on massage time, payment etc.

For your first session I allow an extra 10 min at no extra cost to fill out the consultation form and to talk through your needs in order to create a tailored treatment plan for you.

Please do not arrive more than 5 min before your appointment as, unfortunately, I do not have a waiting room.

CONSIDERATION RE MASSAGE TABLE HEIGHT

I work on a portable couch, which is wide and comfortable but its height is fixed at 70cm off the ground. If you have any concern getting on and/or off the massage table please let me know in advance.

FACILITIES

There is no dedicated bathroom/toilet for clients but you are welcome to use our modest toilet downstairs in our home.

WHAT TO WEAR DURING THE TREATMENT

DURING A MASSAGE SESSION:

Before I begin the hands-on massage I will step out of the room to give you privacy to undress. Please keep your underwear on. Ladies have the option to take their bra off or to leave them on, though please know that if you leave them on they might get a little oily during the massage.

DURING THAI MASSAGE:

Please wear comfortable and loose clothing.

DURING FOOT MASSAGE / REFLEXOLOGY:

Please wear comfortable and loose clothing, making sure that the trousers/clothing can be rolled up above the knees.

DURING SHOULDER, NECK, HEAD AND FACE MASSAGE:

Please wear comfortable and loose trousers/ clothing keeping in mind that I need access to the upper chest/ shoulders / neck region.

MASSAGE OIL I USE

I work with Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil and at times with some aromatherapy oils (Sweet Almond Oil with NEOM ORGANICS Essential Oil Blend).

PAYMENT

Payment made by bank transfer or by cash are my preferred options, however, I accept card payments as well.

CORPORATE BOOKINGS

I am happy to provide weekly / monthly treatments to employees paid fully by the company or paid fully by the employees or payment can be partly subsidised by the company (typically 50-50%).

EVENTS

I can be booked in for well-being days, awareness days, exhibitions, special events, THRIVE days etc.

Eva is a skilful, experienced and intuitive massage therapist. Since our first treatments two years ago my husband and I've become regulars. Eva is the go-to person to alleviate muscle tension or to address injury. Her facial massage and reflexology treatments are the most relaxing thing you could ever experience for stress relief or just as a 'wellbeing' treat. Highly recommend her.
